Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The AGM is open to all members. Non-members, who are running for a position on our board, are welcome.

The purpose of our AGM:

• Elect our 2024 Board of Directors.
• Approve our financial documents. 
• Review our past year’s performance. 
• Approve our revised by-laws.
