Mrs. Patricia Fortier is a Canadian former diplomat whose 10 postings abroad included two in Peru - as Chief Advisor to the OAS High Level Mission to Peru (2000-2001) and Ambassador to Peru and Bolivia ( 2011-2015).

She will be sharing from her experience the direct exposure to the risks and opportunities to invest in the mining sector in Peru.
