Measuring the Impact of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives on Organizational Performancepresented by Diversity Institute and the 50 — 30 Challenge
While many organizations have applied an Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) lens to their organizational strategy, research has shown that fewer organizations have robust metrics for evaluating the success of their EDI initiatives. This webinar is for organizational leaders that want to apply an EDI lens to all aspects of the value chain and will explore how to measure the success of an organization’s EDI strategy. The session is designed to discuss the elements of EDI and why they are important in developing and supporting organizational strategy and accountability. Concrete examples will be used to demonstrate how measurement can improve EDI outcomes in each of these areas. These examples will be used to illustrate not just the opportunities quality metrics create but the common challenges and barriers that many organizations face. Practices to implement accountability for improving EDI outcomes will be emphasized. The session will conclude with examples of the risks in failing to create accountability EDI outcomes.
